| Patty has worked in electronics manufacturing since 1978. Beginning as a solderer, Patty progressed through the ranks and has been extensively involved in all aspects of printed circuit board and cable harness assembly. She has held management positions in Manufacturing and Quality, with three different companies, including Marco. She is a Certified Lead Assessor for ISO 9000 Quality Systems. Patty joined Marco in 2000 and within six months led Marco to ISO 9002 certification and more recently to ISO 9001:2000. Patty's primary responsibility is the maintenance of our quality system; managing continuous improvement activities, and the proactive response to any quality issues. |
